Incidents in the past 24 hours
- Agents responded to reports of several people armed with guns in the south of the city. Upon attending the scene they discovered a number of students filming a short movie. The guns were found to be poorly painted pieces of cardboard. Officers expressed surprise that anyone could have mistaken them for real weapons.
A significant increase in littering has been reported throughout the city. As a result, the mayor has instructed officers to respond with lethal force if face-to-face with serious offenders. Already the number of litterers in the city has reduced by 10.
- Local law enforcement responded to calls regarding the welfare of a man who witnesses believed was being attacked by hundreds of birds. When the officers attended the scene, they discovered that the man in fact was quite happy to be covered in them and was indeed trying to entice more birds over to him.
